 We are a consultancy for film and technology in city and regional planning studies. We look at the "larger picture" through a social science lens.

Our Context

    Athens, Georgia

 

Athens is a university town with a population of approximately 129,025 and is an hour by car from Atlanta.  Athens Transit and UGA serve transit riders within the city.

Atlanta and surrounding areas have an approximate population of 5.8 million.  The city itself holds the seat of Georgia Government with several institutions of higher education, the national headquarters for several corporations as well as the Center for Disease Control and a population of 524,000.  MARTA is the major transportation network in the city and to surrounding suburbs and cities.

          Our Approach:

We observe at micro and macro levels, assess tech resources and advise on organizational structures, workflows and professional development for education, nonprofits and city services emphasizing the use of video and mapping technologies.  We also look to develop research related apps and software.
