Big Tech Atlanta

 Microsoft will arrive in Atlanta.  When?  What will be the effect?  Likely some shifts in housing.  I don't look to changes as negative or occurring in the same ways from place to place.  Some things are lessons learned or just land differently in different geographies.  Will housing skyrocket?  Will speculators run for real estate and rentals? Will there be tech people living in campers?  Angry mobs blocking buses as they head to town...?  Will a progressive and mindful government tamp down on such extremes?
