City Sanctioned Homeless Encampment

Considered controversial but preventing homeless members of our community from being constantly dislocated and traumatized, the plan to have a city sanctioned homeless camp is now a done deal.  Some would say it doesn't go far enough, that people should be housed.  Proposals are now being taken for organizations to service this endeavor.  We can wait to see the outcome and next steps.
