Rain, Pavement, and Thinking Green

A lot of rain and some of the other. We veer from a discussion of paths to attend to naturally occurring phenomena--storms and the city's planning in defense.  Does less pavement amount to more natural defenses against surface runoff and potential flooding? We ask: Where in this is the green infrastructure? Tree beds?  Rain gardens?  City parks even?   Join us as we inquire.
