Commercial Space--Firefly Trail

Firefly Trail at Oconee Street Park and Ride 

While still a bit quiet, a small retail venue at an intersection near the Firefly Trail segment near the Oconee Street Park and Ride appears to be a good location for emerging small businesses, hosting so far small t-shirt shops, restaurants and a package store.

Firefly Trail at The Mark

Also a bit quiet but with buses and passengers buzzing nearby at the MultiModal Center and the occasional student doing a morning walk along the Oconee River Greenway past Weaver D's, there is retail space on the lower levels of The Mark.  So far a deli, fruit bowl shop and a chain gym have taken up residence.
