General Time and North Athens

The TSPLOST 2023 proposal process has brought forth a project involving building out transportation components for ongoing development in North Athens.  Specifically, the proposal mentions the General Time project which involves economic opportunities in the form of office space and nearby residences.  The project proposed involves a multiuse trail and bike and pedestrian bridges.
